Heidi, we're so overwhelmed that we're beginning to question our decision to move. However, our current place is getting to be too much for us. It is two stories and too big. We want to get into a smaller place before it becomes a necessity. I'll just be glad when it is done.

When we were selling our first house it was listed as "immaculate". I had a 4 year old and a baby at the time. Not fun at all!

It's sweet corn season here. We have it about 2-3 times a week when in season. I get it at a farm stand that picks it fresh each morning. It's the best!

Soup was warm and thick and tasty, what more could you want during winter. I am packing a couple of serves for a young friend who is having his wisdom teeth out tomorrow. Poor soul.

Shiela, you are not the only one who is dreading sorting the accumulated stuff one collects in well over 20 years in one spot. There are still baby clothes in the garage and my youngest is 6'5".

One day, shortly after joining the PGA tour in 1965, Lee Trevino, a professional golfer and married man, was at his home in Dallas, Texas mowing his front lawn, as he always did.
A lady driving by in a big, shiny Cadillac stopped in front of his house, lowered the window and asked, "Excuse More...

An elderly man in Florida had owned a large farm for several years. He had a large pond in the back. It was properly shaped for swimming, so
he fixed it up nice with picnic tables, horse shoe courts and some orange and lime trees.

One evening the old farmer decided to go down to the More...

The Louisiana Rule

A stager came in last week and has made me pack up most of our clutter. I don't feel like I live in this house now. It will probably take a long time to sell, as the market isn't good right now. My husband and I aren't looking forward to living in a "staged" house.
