And that is true for many, many of us, Vicki.

And at the same time, many of us have paid the price for a selfish rejection of that path which would have provided security for those we love.

Jamie, you know what they say about retirement. Sometimes you end up wondering how you ever had time to fit in work!
Have a pleasant trip. and don't try teaching the baby calculus.

Karen, best of luck, whenever, and the sooner, the better. ♥

Good morning all.
Karen - I hope you make Heidi's deadline tomorrow. I wouldn't want you to have to wait for my guess (30/6). My second child was 7 days late and was only born then because I cried, begged and pleaded with the Doc until he agreed to induce me.

Vicki I got stuck that your hubby has been home for 3 months. Mine has been home for 3 weeks and is driving me insane. Your the woman, to be able to handle 3 months.
CynB, I did all that and more on Monday and my doc still told me no. Darn man.

You, or me, CP?? I'm sitting here eating a late lunch. Sardines on toast. YUM!

Oh, I've finished the vacuuming. Funny how it used to take me such a short while to do it, now I have to keep taking breaks and it's a job that lasts half the day.

These pages have been a fun time today -

Especially CG and Kathy on medical definitions - as well as Jerry selecting drink in preference to books.

Hello Mo and Rolanda.

Ray, are you insinuating I have wings or a broomstick?

I've just been for a half hour walk on the beach in a freezing cold wind and a bit of rain and it was almost dark, but most exhilarating.
