The kitties are running wild this morning. The girls are off with Bammaw, hopefully for just the day. The kitties do not seem to miss all the loving the girls give them.
One is going to get some loving, she is checking out my coffee. I have informed her, that was not a good idea.

For the past 10 weeks, I have pushed the Summer reading and reminded the girls, that a story needed to be written and Math facts, alphabet, numbers needed attention too. The youngest has worked hard, the oldest, well, she is cramming this week.

In writing her Summer story, I did not realize, the girl had not been introduced on how to write a story. By the end of the day, I may have over stuffed the girl with drafts, introductions....conclusions. When it was time, to go to Bammaw's, she asked if she could take her story there, I said sure. More...

Then in the Raccoon Saga, they struck again. As I was mindlessly cleaning the FPA last night, Shelby Lou, who is a quiet dog, went ballistic. Went to the back door, peeked out the window, coast was clear. Opened door, Shelby ran out coon, took off. Thought, that was the end, so I opened the door, a More...

Unfortunately, all that wonderful, peaceful thinking can be shattered in an instant, when a raccoon decides to jump into the window. (Note to self: Never leave the FPA window open). Of course, there was a person sleeping in the house, in the neighborhood, in the community...in the world, so I could More...

There is concern for the Mommy Mobile, who went to the vehicle fixer place, yesterday. She had to stay over night. When I took her in for her check-up, I was told it would be a day procedure and only cost so much. Yesterday, informed it will require an over night stay and cost a tad bit more than quoted. Still cheaper, than the first time she had this procedure, and less time.

I should be attempting my shoulds, but I cannot remember what they are, since, I lost all thought, thanks to the raccoon scare. Little rodents are good for something. Keep the heart jump started and wipes clean, my very full to-do list. The mental one.

A pair of king parrots. I had a couple feeding in my back yard a couple of days ago. I only feed them if they call out. If I leave seed out I only end up with white cockatoos and they do too much damage.

I'm curious how many Outlander fans have started watching the TV show. The first two episodes have aired. So far, so good. I thought they were high quality.

Silverteen resumed school today, 10th grade year. She was happy with her schedule when we got it a few weeks ago, she's heard good things about her Chemistry and Calculus teachers, she's corresponded with the coach (physical ed and health) and likes her too. The only thing she was a bit edgy about More...
