The page changed when I was catching up. Here's what I posted on the last page of yesterday:
Okay - caught up now, and feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the news of today. Can only imagine what it has felt like for all the folks going through it.
Love and hugs to everyone - for good news and More...

Good morning all! The big storm that has been causing havoc across the US has made its way to the northeast. We may get a foot of snow. Hopefully, the ice will stay away. I hope all those that are suffering in its path are safe, get power restored quickly and don't have too much damage. Take care!

CP, the Weasley Clock was in Harry Potter books. Mrs. Weasley is the mother of his best friend, Ron. The clock didn't tell time but told where the different members of the family were! Wouldn't that be an excellent clocks for moms?

Forgot to say youngest grandson had his first day at school yesterday - and loved it! Thank goodness, because he had a bit of a meltdown on the weekend and tearfully declared he did not want to go to school and be a big boy - HE JUST WANTED TO STAY A BABY! Maybe his mum had a point when she said she thought that was because he didn't want to help clean up!!

Will be busy today! Must see one of my beginning teachers after school and hopefully I'll find my papers I wrote after observing her in action! Argh, I don't want to have to rewrite that report!

Good morning. Snow falling here, with up to a foot expected by nightfall.

How does night fall, though?

The Sherrif has declared a state of emergency on the roads today. That means we should only travel if necessary. Although soccer class maybe necessary to burn off excess snow day energy and thus preserve my sanity, I think I should declare it a pj day and stay home!

Sweet Dreams Fi!
Jill and Glinda - please send SNOW!
29/Jan/09 12:28 AM
 |  |

Glinda, not sure how it happens. But in the winter around here, you look out the window one minute and see light, the next minute BAM it is dark. Usually occurs as I am making supper. Evidence of nightfall?

No prob Vici, I am shipping some to Gail in Melbourne. I can send some your way too. We have over a foot on the ground with the promise of 8 more inches today.

Good Maen to everyone.

I love this picture!

It is 16 (F) this morning and snowing. We are expecting only 1-3 inches here. Just enough to make the roads slippery!

Have a great day everyone!
