Here's my new avatar which shows me rushing to catch up, something I seem to do a lot! Our friend Angie sent it to me with the feet (wearing roller skates!) showing, but when I shrank it the bottom got cut off, my fault not hers. Oh well, you get the idea. Angie. Anne/Vermont - On the Excel Toolbar, select help. Type in Rounding Numbers in the Search area. There will be a link titled Stop Displaying Rounded Numbers. Hope this helps.
