12:39 - I think there is some stratus clouds there. I read where there are two kinds of clouds. Cumulus when the cloud is formed from the vertical movement of air and stratus when it is horizontal or stationary. Then there are all kinds of categories and combinations under those divisions. Interesting way to look at clouds.
I look at clouds from both sides now.
