Grabbed from a forum, perhaps those wishing a bit more of a challenge in their sudoku life the today's rather easy tough might wish to consider the following puzzle:

Hi everybody, very nice to wake up to my Emily on the website! Greg, that picture was taken in early July so it was pretty warm then! As the rest of the pictures that I posted come up (?soon) you will get to meet Emily as a baby in addition to the big girl (5) that she is now! Have a great weekend all!

Emily is trying to hold the water in the ocean.
 |  |
For the proposed puzzle posted above, I have an fc length 4, classical depth 7ish proof - but it is not optimized. It does not seem that the puzzle, which was advertised in the forum as 'the toughest sudoku', is too hard - but it is an interesting puzzle nevertheless.

My version of Simple Sudoku says it's an invalid puzzle - 170 solutions. It had to think for a while before it came up with that.
 |  |
Emily looks like she is having fun. Oh to feel the warm ocean breezes...........

Emily in red. Isn't it amazing how cildren can have fun with no props, just imagination? Hope we get to see her face soon.

Hi Elaine - I think that the proposed puzzle was posted without error, but it is quite possible that I am staring at what I posted and still missing the error. I do that very easily, as my mind tends to fill in blanks...without me realizing it - at least that is my excuse and I am sticking with it.

Assuming that I did not mispost, it is a one solution puzzle.

6:23 Good Maen

Is anybody else that is doing the word search puzzles coming up with repeats? I've done them all on both easy and hard, but there seems to be only about ten different puzzles.

hope emily enjoyed the beach

have a great day/night one and all

I did the puzzle Steve posted and I did the setup with simple sudoku. It didn't complain and had a unique solution as far as I could tell. It did take me an hour though!
