one even a lowly mortal can solve:
1. basic techniques to UP=47 note UR(27)ac27 = c7<>7.
2. (7)g6=(7)b6-(7)a5=(7)a7 => g7<>7 UP=52
3. (3)g2=(3)i3-(3=1)i4-(1)g4=(1)g8 => g8<>3 UP=81.

Wait on using the UR:

1. Basic techniques to UP =45
2. (7): b9 = b6 - a5 = i5 => i9 <> 7 ; UP = 49
3. UR(27)ac27 => c7 <> 2, 7 ; UP = 81

1. Note pair 27 at ac2. Unique possibilities to 44.
2. Whether b3=5; OR b3=1,f3=3 (to avoid the 56 unresolvable rectangle at cf13),i3=5; a5=5.UP48.
3. e7=2 (to avoid the 45 UR at gh67). UP81.

A one-step proof that uses the UR right off (excuse the funky if-then formulation)

If c4=4, then c8=1 {avoiding a2c2a7c7=27}, b4=4, b9=7, g7=7, with no 7 in row 6. Therefore b4=4, UP81

Hi Rich. Nice exploitation of the UR to get it down to one step. (BTW, typo in middle of first line; b4 becomes 2,{not b2=4}.)
Regards, Alfred.
