Fill to 42 and then try b6=8=f5=c3; but then h3=2 ruins the b row. Hence, b6=9 and the puzzle can be finished.

2. When b1=8,b6=9 and b7=2.Likewise,b1=4,i1=8,h3=2 makes b7=2 and UPs to 81.
