 Is that Connecticut Avenue in Washington, DC? The trash can on the corner looks like ours, but cars, street lights, and street corners are sort of generic. The jaywalking prevention barrier is not familiar, but maybe I just haven't noticed, or maybe it is the end of the fence at the tunnel that goes under Dupont Circle.
