Hi Alfred,
I wonder how you get UP 41. Here are my basics move
3f7, 5f5, 8d5, 4c8, 9d8, ef1=26, 7d1, 2i3, +7gi6, +8ef2, b26=16, 2b5, 5b1, 2a7, 5c7, 5h3, 5i8, 5e9, 6h8, +1a89, +4df6, +1ghi7 (38 solved or given cells, 121 remaining candidates)

For UR (26)ef14, I have therefore two guardians left: +2d4 OR +6a4...

Basics to 38
1. (1)c5 = ghi5 - (1=9)h4 - f4 = HP(94)f62 - (4)d3 = (4-6)g3 = gi2 - (6=1)b2 => -1c1 ; UP = 43
2. UR(26)ef1|ef4 => +9f6 ; UP = 81

Alfred: Of course I agree with Cenoman on the UP count after initial basics.

correction: the implication of step 2 is +9f4

Thanks Cenoman and rwm. I miscalculated. Here is another attempt:

2. Whether b2=6=g3;OR b6=6,d4=2 (or else 26UR @ ef14),f9=2,e82=83;d3=4.UP81

OK, the UR(26)ef14 solution is a nice one-stepper!
In Eureka: 1. (3=81)e28-(1=2)d9-(2)d4=UR=(6)a4-a3=(6-4)g3=(4)d3 =>-3d3; singles to 81
