It would be a lot of fun to visit this place! That is quite a statue!

Made some stupid mistakes today. But in my favour - it's very late.

If you mark it up wrong.... you're doomed!

I think I found a short one-step proof for this puzzle. Given 23, UP 31. At this point, a7=37. If 7, then c9=3, e7=3, d2=3, g1=3, a4=6, leaving no candidate for a1. Therefore a7=3. UP 81.

I only have time to do the puzzles on some weekends and lunchtimes - but not every day. But I try to always see the pictures. There's a confession for you! I usually only do the Hard and the Tough.

7:38 (a record time for me!!!)

This was possibly the easiest tough puzzle ever. Hidden pairs take you a long way. My solution was very similar to Rich's in that it resolved the triple a147=367. Starting with the assummption a1=3 you quickly reach a position, where there is no legal place for a '3' in the lower right box (= region with center h2).
