Hi Sotir.After i1<>5, in your step 4,I got 7 extra UPs:i1=9,i3=5=d1=e7,d7=4=e3,f1=3, bringing the result of step 4 to UP 41.
Also, on my grid,b9 can be 127 (not just 17,as you give in the first term of step 5).IMO you need another step (such as:If a5=2,pair 15 at c45 make b9=1;If a5=7,a9=2,=> b9<>2),before step 5 works.What do you think? Regards,Alfred.

I mixed up the stage I had reached at your step 4,so please ignore everything after ..."(such as:" in the fourth line above.Here is my continuation after your step 4:
