2. If f8=2,h4=2.Likewise,f7=2,i7=1,b7=8,pair 59 at df8,b8=2 makes h4=2.UPs to 33.
3. If b7=2,b2=2=g9,b6=9,a6=8,g7=5,i9=1 and 3/6 have no place in column a.So b7=4.UPs to 52.

Hi Sotir.I must be missing something again.In your puzzle,I only get d1=9,f9=3,g2=4 (UP 26) for step 1.(pair 46 at hi9 doesn't seem to help).Regards,Alfred.

Thanks again Sotir.At one stage I had noticed the 49 pair,but didn't realise the implications.After step 1),I found: If d6=3,a6=6=i3 makes h9=6.Likewise,d5=3,pair 37 at g6/i4,locked 4s at h46,and again h9=6.Otherwise,I haven't found any short sequences.Will let you know if I find something More...

After UP=26: nt 367 at a89c9, np 78 at d46,
=>a6=8,d6=7,d4=8.UP=29
