I am sure there are better but here is my suggestion. Use of grouping allows non-dynamic forcings. 1 initial turbot, 2 later turbots; 4 aics, 2 krakens

Jim, you tried and you were successfull ! There is no dynamic chain in my path either. In fact I know quite nothing about the technique of dynamic chains !
For this puzzle how about a path with my first two steps and your last two. Total: 4 steps, with two rather simple krakens... ?
