Maen all. Had to see patients early so got done with the puzzle early. I'm still amazed at how unlogical my logic can be sometimes. Happy solstice here in utah

1) Start 22, Unique Possibilities to (UP) 22(!).
2) Locked 5s at df4 forbid df5=5.
3) Locked 6s at ef4 forbid ef5=6.
4) Hidden pair 56 at f14 forbids f1=189, f4=17. UP 38.
5) h1=2 == h1=6 -- f1=6 == f4=6 -- e4=6 == e4=2 forbids h4=2. UP 41.
6) Locked 5s at a78 forbid a5=5.

I used a pair of "W" wings, which I previously called very common Y wing styles to solve this one. Otherwise, very similar to Clark's:
1) start 22
1a) Locked 5 abc5 => df5<>5
1b) Locked 6 abc5 => ef5<>6
1c) (hp 56)f14=> f14<>1789 => up 38

This looked daunting, but I pared down the possibilities by finding several numbers that only occured within blocks as I scanned up and down or sideways. Got to the point where it was obvious that guessing at one pair would solve the puzzle and it did.
