2. If d6=1,g6=9.Likewise e6=1=d7,c7=4,c6=3 makes g6=9.UPs to 54.
3. If b2=1,f8=1,f6=6,d2=6.Likewise,c2=1,c7=4=a5,d5=5 makes d2=6.UPs to 57.
4. When e2=5,f3=4.Likewise,e2=8,i2=3,b2=1,b8=4 makes f3=4.UPs to 81.

My step 2 = Alfred's step 2.We got to UP=55.So step 3 is necessary.If I have missed something,please let me know.

I have tried again, and still get to UP=81. It would help me if you can show the 55 UPs that you get after step 2 - then I should be able to find out how I got UP81. Thanks.

Please ignore my request above. I found a simple colouring on 4 as part of my basic techniques to get to UP=38, and your colouring on 5 in your step 3 reflects that (ie, comes to the same conclusion). Apologies.
