No, fi, actually this photo was from the south island a bit out of Christchurch if I remember rightly.

Possible proof of not too tough sudoku of 12 05 06:
1) Start at 23 filled - the given puzzle. Unique Possibilities to 28 filled. (UP 28).
2) Hidden pair 35 at bc9 forbids ac7=5,b9=48, c9=4 UP 40
3) Locked 4's at a78 forbids a2356=4 UP 45
4a) fc on 9's: i8 == e8 -- d9 == d5 forbids More...

To the best of my knowledge, this puzzle requires at least some type of fc or some other advanced technique to solve. It is not very difficult, yet does seem to beg more than just 'standard' or 'easy' techniques.
