After reading your comments, decided to start again (solved first time with 2 guesses). It IS a crazy easy puzzle.

1) Start 23, Unique Possibilities to (UP) 28.
2) Hidden pair 49 at ab7 forbids a7=67, b7=16.
3) d3=1 == f2=1 -- g2=1 == g89=1 -- hi7=1 == f7=1 forbids d89=1, f2=1. UP 36.
4) Hidden pair 37 at h89 forbids h8=168, h9=168, h1=7. UP 37.
5) Locked 8s at g89 forbid g15=8. UP 45.
6) Almost unique rectangle 49 at ab37 forces a3=5 == b3=5, which forbids ei3=5. UP 81.

I'm with Nick. I didn't find it so easy! Must be a technique I have yet to master! Never fear I will! I'm going back to try again.

Looks like a stand of Melaleuca by a slow running river or lake - a typical Australian scene, and yes, usually a good spot for a picnic!

Another path:
Generally the same as Clarks except for steps 3 and 6:
3)fhi267 would form a swordfish on 1's except for the 1 at g2 therefore we have {almost swordfish}==g2=1 and together they forbid hi3=1.UP36.
My steps 4 and 5 also bring me to UP45 but my possibility matrix does not More...

With the time I got today, I am sure the aliens came and abducted me for several minutes!
