21:35 to you all.

Straightforward technique until XY chain starting at F6[17]. I don't have my eureka notation down, but if F6=1, then C4=1, and A2=1, leaving no 1 in the block DEF123. So F6 = 7. This cracks the puzzle.

Here is one path:
1) 23 givens UP 28
2) (1)c5=(1)c7-(1)b9=(hp12)ef9-(378)f9=(np12)f69 =>f5<>1 UP 31
3)(hp17)b79=(1)c7-(1)c5=(1)g7-(1)g3=(1-5)h1=(5)b1 =>b7<>5 up 39
