Good afternoon to all! Yes, Dylan was one of many who sang 'Frog went a courting', but it is an old English folk song dating back to the 1500's. The toad/frog is not very well camouflaged.

A short path:

1) Start at 22, =>UP=27

2)fc:(7=9)a2-(9=8)h2-(8)h7=(8)g9-(8)b9=(8)b3,
==>b3<>7. UP=35

3)Almost np 89 at h12 used in a chain :
(2)h7=(2)h1-(89)h12=(8)g1-(8)g9=(8)c9-(8=4)c7,
==>h7<>4. UP=81

Sotir,

2 in h1 forbids 8 & 9 in h1, but does not prevent h2 from being 8 or 9.

therefore 2(h1) - (89)h12 = 8(g1) is false, because 8 may still exist in h2.
