Yippee!!! Getting a new furnace & AC today!
Our poor 'fraidy cat... I was seconds away from closing the bacement door to keep the cat from hiding in the bacement all day and furnace installer knocked on door sending the cat shooting for the bacement. He's his own worst enemy!

Sedona - one of the most beautiful places.

Well I have a feminine side and a masculine side. A little of both usually.

"Guy's", in my vernacular, can be and frequently is, gender neutral. (as in Southern speak "all Y'all.)

I have many wonderful memories of Sedona. I visited it often when my mother lived in Arizona.

Up and on early. I'll have to go back and catch up the last couple of days. The truck has to be unloaded and back to the local Budget shop by 6.

The only problem with taking pictures of Red Rock Canyon was that they always looked faded. The true red color of the mountains never came through. Of course, the pictures I took were pre-digital, so I guess the color can be adjusted. I guess whoever used to develop roll film couldn't believe the mountains were as red as they were, so they toned the color down.

all.
Sedona is a beautiful place for photography. But some of the people there are a little weird. Psychics, palm and tea leaf readers, ESP believers, etc. are abundant. Sedona is supposed to be some kind of center for supernatural phenomena.

What do you have against psychics, Hal? You ... who is slouching there at your messy desk in your t-shirt and boxers drinking coffee ...

everyone from still sunny and warm Arizona ...
We spent a week in Sedona on the way down here last October. I sure could live there. A wonderful place ... really peaceful and serene. I think the picture looks faded due to the heavy air when the picture was taken. Is that yours Jane?

Got nothing against psychics Judy. Just think they're weird.

everyone!

I love Sedona. We have friends who live there. They've been trying to convince us to move there for years. The first time we drove around the area hubby kept having to stop so I could leap out and get a photo. Just one breathtaking view after another....

BTW, how does Judy know Hal wears boxers?

No, that's not my picture, Dave. But now I'm digging around my old photo albums to find the ones I took! Great memories! I usually took day trips to Sedona, but once my aunt (who lived with my mother in Phoenix) won a mini-vacation for four at the Poco Diablo Resort, so my aunt, mother and a friend of mine who lived in AZ went for a weekend. Wonderful memories!

My mother was an artist, so we spent a lot of our time in the galleries there. I loved the galleries and restaurants at Tlaquepaque! Does anyone know if it's still as wonderful as it was in the 80s/90s?

Well, Judy's a PSYCHIC, right?
