G'day mates.
Here's today's daffynition:
Buoyant: 1. Male insect; 2. An ant’s son.
Here's today's factoid:
Evidence of the oldest man/dog relationship is in a cave in France. Side-by-side foot and paw prints were discovered. The 26,000 year old tracks

were left by a young boy and his wolf companion.

I must of gone on an adventure while I slept last night - can't seem to find my glasses on my nightstand. I don't wear my glasses to use my phone when I visit- but need them for sight.
How far could my glasses be - did a feel around on the floor already- mystery for the day

The Kirby guy left his stack of circle test filters when he came. I decided that these were the perfect starter for snowflakes. My perfectionist, little boy, is now trying his hand at it. He spends so much time fretting about doing it wrong before even making an attempt. My reassurances that More...

Tell him that no 2 snowflakes are identical, and many are lopsided and/or irregular. He can't go wrong, Serena.

Another race behind me - 5k in 31'41', not too bad considered I'd not run for a while. I did have to walk for about 1-2 minutes. Still, the pace was enough for a 3rd place recognition in age and gender.

This week has been out of the normal...I know, I know, I have not had a normal week in 8 years, but this week was abnormal health week.
First, the child who is never sick other than an ear infection, ever so often, and those wonderful running noses, decided to catch a bug, that had a worrisome More...

Eldest is not too happy with the extra attention her sister is receiving and trying her best to get the focus back on her. Unfortunately, the attention she is getting is negative attention. So, this might be wrong, but I am planning a special shopping trip for just her and me.

Oh, a happier note, I had my three month check up, this week, where I just knew I was going to get the biggest lecture ever. I was so wrong. Of course, after the sadist doctor said, 'You are doing great,' she added the 'but.' I need to calm down. Huh? I only panic on the inside, I am cool as cucumber on the outside. Tell me to calm down. Really.

Now, Man has found a new best friend. Hobby Robby (Lobby). He is now helping the economy and single handedly lighting up our community and bringing joy to young and old.
Last night, I was given permission to go on a Hobby Robby trip with him. He actually let me make decisions, with his help.

This morning, the kitties are helping me decorate a wreath. It took an hour to just wrap ribbon around a medium size wreath. Then they tried their best to redo the ribbon. Think I will wait till their nap time to put the shiny balls on it. There is a thought to wrap gifts, think I will wait for their morning nap, to attempt that one.

Re today's factoid: How could they be sure the two sets of prints were made together. The wolf prints could have come a few moments later as it tracked it's young boy prey. On a portage trail in the wilds of Canada I came upon a huge moose print with a wolf print right in it's center going the same direction. I doubt seriously if the moose and wolf were buddies.
