Many members will post photos of artwork and quilts on lightbulb related themes.

There will be lengthy observations that this is not the kind of a bulb which thrives in a garden...

My family has been doing a good job of distracting me, since it's bedtime and a new week is looming, so before I get any more names mixed up, I'm going to congratulate Ian for taking the top of p.4, offer my hopes that salyz can make it to the top of p.5 and say goodnight.

Thought for the Day:

Some burned-out bulbs are nonetheless brighter than the people who are trying to replace them...

Thanks for the best wishes Plum but I now will retire hurt and take my bat and ball with me and have a litle (or perhaps big) sulk. Then I will break all the lightbulbs.

I've had fun here today. It's so nice thinking about all of you, and I didn't even get to most by name, and I especially wanted to mention my fellow Michiganders and appy and I didn't even get started on the Australians ... do they scr*w light bulbs in upside down in Oz? Can I post the word scr*w More...

Sorry - Had to come back cos' I found the answer to the original question.
Q: How many sudokuists does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
A: Two, but they have to be *really tiny*.

Won't somebody just change the lightbulb?!

Ian the Therapist:

Sorry, CynB, the Lightbulb has to want to change itself.

18/May/09 11:42 AM

Whatever number of Sudokuists it is decided are needed to install a light bulb that must then be doubled. Each sudokuist needs a reserve, because 'Sudokuist days are numbered'.
Then it must be doubled again because the Sudoku day is actually two days.
18/May/09 11:44 AM
 |  |

Ian - Maybe the lightbulb is just too old and set in it's ways to want to change itself, and doesn't care a tinkers' whether others think it's dull.

Rayray: How many Sudokuists will you have to count before you can fall asleep?

Plum, how'd you know that my classroom has only one window? When the electricity went out my class and I had to work in the library because even with the door opened it was too dark to read! Don't know who the idiot architect was but should be strung up on the nearest tree!!! The only way I can prevent claustrophobic attack is I face the window all the time!

It's easy to come up with more for Greg's list by finding answers that won't work!

Hi everyone. I have been away for the weekend in Adelaide, celebrating my bother Matthew's 50th with other members of the family. It was lovely to be able to get together in such happy circumstances.
