Hi all! I just have a minute to check in tonight. There aren't very many people here today.

Just had a great time with Katitude and her hubby, Rob. Wonderful couple with a delightfully humorous look on life! I loved listening to Robert talk with his Ozzie accent! Kept complimenting him shamelessly just to get him to talk even more!

Vici, Rob donned on his leather jacket and modeled it out! Whistle, whistle! Golly I miss them already!

AFter yesterday's chat, here's an easy recipe for vanilla slices. It's an Aussie recipe and I don't know what might be the equivalent ingredients in other countries, I'm afraid.
All you need is i packet of SAO biscuits, 1 packet of vanilla instant pudding, 600ml thickened cream and icing.

It's much like the feeling of satisfaction you get when you can post 2 1/2 hours after the last post. I've manoeuvred myself into that position. It's a bit like a Dutch auction really.
