What is your wrapping style? Are you a perfectionist, get someone else to do it, throw it in a gift bag, throw a blanket it over it, etc?

Before kids, I tried to make it as hard to get in the present as possible. Lots of tape, multiple layers, etc. Now my philosophy is as long as it's covered. I do use wrapping paper but it is barely attached.

Wrapping is not one of my talents. When I try, the end result is usually very sad.

Subject: Warning for older men!

Women often receive warnings about protecting themselves when out shopping and in car parks, etc.

This is the first warning I have heard about for men, so I wanted to pass it on in case you haven't heard about it. A 'heads up' for those men who may More...

My wrapping style? Probably perfectionist!
My son was in a choir that their major fundraiser was wrapping gifts at the mall during the whole month of December and on Valentine's Day. If people paid for it, it HAD to be good! So, parents did most of the wrapping while the kids worked the counter. From that point on...
(And they have to go with the tree decorations!)

everyone!

Hi Lynne! I'm getting my hubby a dozen 99ยข wallets for Christmas! It will be worth it if I don't have to grocery shop!

I made a fun game out of wrapping gifts. Fold the paper under, razor sharp, exactly along the long edge of the gift and secure it all along the edge with permanent double stick tape. Do the same with the ends. That part is a little tricky, but it's worth it to watch the gift opener go crazy trying to find a place to start.

My wrapping style? Very much the perfectionist. My packages are considered works of art. I like to let the recipient know that I think they're worth the effort.

I can't keep up with fashion. Couldn't do it for myself and certainly am not going to get something embarrassing for my nieces and nephew. So instead I get them gift cards for their favorite shops and they get to pick whatever they want. And you know how much the girls love being the mall!
20/Dec/12 2:57 AM

Anyway, wrapping a gift card is easy, so I try to make it look like a Christmas tree ornament!
