As was the site changing over ... unless my computer is fast. It said 7:03 AM when the site finally changed to the new day.

Shannon, for your clothes, or lack of clothes comment, you are fine at home. My peeve were these parents, that came to school in their jammies, or the ones that go to the grocery store. Might as well add, the one that go to school, not just dropping off their children. Jammies are home wear items.

Now, does Tricia not have outside duties, or does she not have any jammies?

The time was right on according to my computer clock. In fact, it was fast, since I loaded it a couple seconds before it usually loads and it was already a new day with Jeanine posting ahead of me.

Today's celebration day, would have been great yesterday, since the site celebrated a birthday. Remembering all our old friends and enjoying all our new ones.

Buenos dias. Capt. J and Rayray, I replied to your suggestions at the end of yesterday. It is very wet here this morning, which is unusual, so Jane, please put in an extra mile or two for me on your bike. I have only taken mine out for a spin once this Spring

Look -- you can step off the edge and onto the cloud. Wait! I was only bluffing.

Happy to oblige, Shannon. Today is my long ride - 30 miles - so I'll be glad to share some of the miles with you if you'll just give me a little push to get started.

Oh I knew what you meant, just wanted clarification as I might traumatize a few young eyes as everyone is on their way to school about that time. Thankfully we cut bus service this year, as it used to stop right at the bottom of my driveway. I don't think parents appreciated me rolling garbage down to the munchkins asking them to add it to my pile.

Absolutely Jane, I can even toss in a nice mountain breeze if you get a little too warm.

Wait a sec, Karen. Are you sure they were jammies? It's hard to tell with some of today's fashions.

Congrats on 22, Shannon. Keith must have been playing on his farm over on that other site.

Off for my bike ride now. See you later.

Oh, talk about traumatizing a child. Yesterday afternoon, I thought I was home alone. Man and the Things went for their 4-wheeler. I had no qualms, running around the house in just a muscle shirt. Nor going outside to feed the cats. That is when I learned I was not home alone. Oops, preteen boy, who was fishing in our tank got an eyeful. My shirt was long, but not that long.

So true Jane. I swear a lot of them do what k
Karen was disillusioned of at an earlier age (just roll out of bed and go to school in whatever they have on). I still can't figure out how the boys walk with their waistbands down around their thighs

Flannel pants, with cartoon characters on them are jammies. Pink boxer shorts with little bows on them are jammies. There is one that wears a robe, still jammies.

Well, Honey comes home tonight so I have some swearing to do....I don't think I could convince him it took me all day just to do the garbage.
20/May/11 12:21 AM

Oh, that irks me too, Shannon. I really do not want to know, how they keep those pants from falling the rest of the way.

Good Maen all!
You guys are up and running this morning!

Sorry you have to do that Shannon.
There is a plan to go through Thing II's clothes and pack up all her winter clothes, and clothes she has out grown this week.
She was helping me earlier, I would put in the box and she would take out, so we are taking a break.

Out in the country, for the most part, we can go outside wearing our jammies, or whatever we wore (or didn't) to bed. Lately, it is still jammies. My calendar says May and my map says Kansas, but this seems like cold wet Colorado weather. Temp in the 50's, cloudy, and wet. Oh, did I mention the wind?
