Starting my Sunday morning concerned about the younger daughter in Sydney. Chatting with her this morning she said she may be coming down with conjunctivitis in both eyes. I told her to go to the doctor on campus, but she is not sure where the clinic is. I just hate not being able to take care of her, but she is a grown woman now, I guess...

Hi Neil,
We all is rednecks up this ways and roadkill is the closest we have had to take away up until now. Pizza I didn't have to cook is bliss.

You know I understand about civilization coming into small towns. We have enough take aways here for my taste. We will have another Subway soon It will be right next to the Piggly Wiggly.

Subway oh I dream of the day. The phrase never in my lifetime comes to mind. We have one substandard fish and chip shop that closes at 6pm and thats it until now.

For take away we do fish and chips... We can go fishing on the barge landing and dig up some sweet potatoes for chips !

Neil, I agree with you. I would really like a full service grocery store. I can and do cook my own food. The two small grocery stores here are more like a convience store than a grocery. We also need a bakery. the bread is the only thing I like about Subway.. and they don't sell the bread without the lunchmeat. Pity!

Fii, Mr G-h was a keen fisherman when we lived near the coast and used to paddle his canoe out to the reef and go spearfishing. We had some of the nicest fresh fish ever. Sort of been spoiled by that.
