OOOHHH MYYYYYYYY GAAAAAAAWWWWWWD!!!! Ange! I hadn't seen that in yonks! Amazing how You Should Be Dancing still gets everyone up and doing their thang isn't it? doesn't it? Is it just me? Em - if you manage to sit thru the first few minutes they mention the infamous polyester! Thought the dance routine to More than A woman a bit naff though...

Oh jeepers Angie - ugh! ugh! ugh! That was terrible - especially the dancing (very naff!)- although John Travolta must have had very strong legs to do some of those moves (and nothing wrong with polyester Billy!)

Oh there are so many great reasons for wearing polyester Billy - am just writing the thesis on the benefits of wearing polyester but with so many reasons it may take me a while - will have to get back to you later(much later!!)with it.

Anne - don't sit down just yet - go take a looksee at Ange's youtube - then re-visit tomorrow and follow la travolta's lead...it'll loosen up your joints no end.

em - I'm very patient, and patience is a great virtue, polyester has no virtues apart from the fact that it is extremely inflammable as well.

2:11 Hi to all. Breathtaking is that one of Bob's?

Thought for the Day:

A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. 'Much obliged,' said he, pushing the plate aside, 'I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills.'

Oohh oohh oohh Staying Alive,

oooooo staying Alive.

For some reason I can't hear any of these properly, they keep stopping and starting. Can anyone tell me how to get them.
That was when John Travolta was reasonably cute, unfortunately aging didn't help his looks.

Good Wednesday, Maen, all!

Angie: thanks for the walk (disco strut?) down Memory Lane!

My coworkers (much younger) got a good laugh when I brought my high school yearbook from around that era...

It seems everywhere you look in New Mexico is a striking vista.

After all the talk, I went and watched Angie's You Tube ... fun ... I never could get with the polyester. Cotton for me.

Some race horses staying in a stable. One of them starts to boast about his track record. 'In the last 15 races, I've won 8 of them!'

Another horse breaks in, 'Well in the last 27 races, I've won 19!!'

'Oh that's good, but in the last 36 races, I've won 28!', says another, flicking More...

2:02, Used to have a bucket of white sands from White Sands, NM when we visited there, I was about 13. I liked some of the polyester clothes but Fernwood tonight ran a test and found wearing leasure suits caused cancer in rats. I got rid of mine after that.
