Hi Kathy,

'Boys and Girls' sounds correct for the abbreviations - 'Men and Girls' or 'Girls and Men' doesn't.

However, that is only my opinion, and I don't know what the Easy Male Membership would prefer.

Time warp, Kathy!
I'm off to get outside and get some yard clean-up and plant trimming done. It was outstanding weather yesterday. I wish our summers were like our "false Spring" and not STINKIN' HOT!
I'll be enjoying my time outdoors today - but do need to take my back medincine!

Would never suspect them in a line-up.

Sounds like you and Jaime needed your sleep. There is no place like home.

Are all you football fans set for today's games? I'm still calling Green Bay and Pittsburgh for the Super Bowl, but who knows? I guess we'll know for certain by tonight, but the games should be classics.

Judy and Karen should come to church in Michigan in mid-winter. Imagine being able to walk into church and shed 2-3 layers of clothing and have no one notice because they're doing the same. (Of course, after such shedding of clothing everyone is still modestly dressed in another 2-3 layers, but More...

Well Bears fans and Mymare, sorry for your pain, but the Packers prevailed, although neither team played up to par. I like the third string Chicago quarterback. Looks like a keeper. Now let's see what happens between the Jets and the Steelers.

IDIOT SIGHTING:

My daughter and I went through the McDonald's driveway window and I gave the cashier a $5 note.
Our total was $4.25, so I also handed her 25c.
She said, 'you gave me too much money.'
I said, 'Yes I know, but this way you can just give me a dollar coin back.'
She More...

IDIOT SIGHTING:

We had to have the garage door repaired.
The repairman told us that one of our problems was that we did not have a 'large' enough motor on the opener.
I thought for a minute, and said that we had the largest one made at that time, a 1/2 horsepower.
He shook his More...

IDIOT SIGHTING:

I live in a semi rural area.
We recently had a new neighbour call the local council P & W office to request the removal of the WOMBAT CROSSING sign on our road.
The reason: 'Too many wombats are being hit by cars out here! I don't think this is a good place for them to be crossing anymore.'

Story from Collingwood, Melbourne.

IDIOT SIGHTING IN FOOD SERVICE:

My daughter went to a Mexican takeaway and ordered a taco.
She asked the person behind the counter for 'minimal lettuce.'
He said he was sorry, but they only had iceberg lettuce.

IDIOT SIGHTING:

I was at the airport, checking in at the gate when an airport employee asked,
'Has anyone put anything in your baggage without your knowledge?'
To which I replied, 'If it was without my knowledge, how would I know?'
He smiled knowingly and nodded, 'That's why we ask.'

This happened in Elizabeth S.A.

IDIOT SIGHTING:

The pedestrian light on the corner beeps when it's safe to cross the street.
I was crossing with an 'intellectually challenged' co-worker of mine.
She asked if I knew what the beeper was for.
I explained that it signals blind people when the light is red. More...

Plum, darling dear, you were a wee bit late on your wish. If I had the choice today, to either go to church in freezing weather and have to wear so many layers of clothing, that I would have make sure a restroom break was not put on hold, or spend the afternoon in the drama ridden family gathering, I would chose the layers of clothing, hands down. So much drama, today.
