You heard of golf widows, well, every July I become a cyclist widow. My husband is so into Tour de France, he's in the TV morning, noon and evening to watch each leg of the race. He has plotted our European vacation around every beautiful view he's seen on the race coverage. I'm cheering the More...

As Kathy pointed out, some of the pictures on my page are ok and others huge. They were all downloaded to my computer from the same CD, so I haven't a clue as to why they're different sizes when I uploaded them to my page.

I have the same problem with photos in my gallery. I resized them before uploading. The original larger photos were loaded to Flickr without any problem. And the smaller resized ones loaded to the gallery here are huge when clicked. Any help would be appreciated.

Jeb--one pill makes you larger, and the other one makes you small, and the ones that mother gives you don't do anything at all ... There, now you've got me doing it!

Rob--a joyous welcome home to you and Bruce!!

Shosho - your husband & mine could find lots to talk about! Rob records the live coverage in the morning on Versus & then watches it when he has time later in the day. That way he can show me highlights such as the cyclist who ran into the dog, the weird spectator wearing antlers, etc. Maybe More...

Kathy , Thanks for the compliment. About re-sizing photos....I simply open them to paint, use the image thing and under the skewed choice until they looked right...not rocket science thankfully, or I couldn't have done it. Not all came out the same size, but I tried to keep them under the sizes More...

Just started a new book 'Shadow Drivers' by Robert Kurson - It's the true adventure of two americans who are deep sea drivers - If you enjoyed the book 'The Perfect Storm' it remains me a little bit of that. I'm enjoying the writing style and the story. Enjoy your day, Mary

I had the same problem with huge pictures also. The reason they are so big is the pixel size. Here is what I did. I use Adobe photo shop. To change the size i go to image, then resize, then image size and change the pixel dimensions. I only have to change one as the proportions are More...

A mother-in-law stopped unexpectedly by her son's house after he was recently married. She rang the doorbell and stepped into the house to see her daughter-in-law standing naked by the door.

A husband is at home watching a football game when his wife interrupts, 'Honey, could you fix the light in the hallway? It's been flickering for weeks now.'

Good Wednesday late Maen, all!

Have been a big 'Alice' fan even before all this bantering about 'White Rabbit' and caterpiggles...

And you state that because, Judy?
1. you slept through it.
2. you were in the Peace Corps and missed it
3. you believed what somebody over 30 said
4. you were ahead of the curve and lead the movement

Hi All, yesterday I made reservations for us to travel from Amsterdam to Frankfurt on the InterCity Express (ICE) train. I have put on my page a YouTube of the train because I know I won't be able to take any decent photos while we are travelling. The train belts along at 300kph and that will be the fastest I have travelled without having an aeroplane strapped to my butt. Enjoy.
