Jane, I think you are wishing back luck on the state of Florida. Fiona, Judy and Kathy in the same close space? Add in Linda from Minnesota and they will have a hurricane like they have never seen before.

Fiona - kayaking is only part of the triathlon. The other two are whining and sniping. We may have to make wagers. (I have to admit I'm pretty good at kayaking, but being a Southerner, I probably won't compete too well in the other categories, so I wouldn't put your money on me.) hahahahahaha!!!

CG - you're right. I think Florida has probably taken as much punishment in the past few years as it can stand. Perhaps we'll have to take this party offshore. That's it! We'll rent a yacht!

What a great idea to have both Kathy/MD & Judy from SD join in at the Sudoku meet in FL! I would LOVE to videotape those two + Fiona + Jane all going at it, swimming, kayaking, whining, sniping, or whatever! It would make some great footage for Wide (or maybe Wild!!) World of Sports!

do you remember in the old Lassie film how the dog would wander off at the end all on its own? I was only about four at the time and would burst into tears at the end of every film! My mother stopped me watching them.

Rayray - I really liked your poem today, too. Your poetry is getting deeper more philosophical. Makes me use my brain - which is good exercise!!

The 4 of us are here in my hotel room, just cracking up at the sniping prelims to the Florida Triathalon. Kath doesn't want me to add any more details than that as to what we're doing, but there will be a picture to follow. Look for it in Vici's gallery.
