yesterday's riddle answer was WHITE!
Since marbles can only be taken out in pairs and you started off with an odd number of whites there is always going to be one white left over that you'll keep putting back in the box until it's left on its own.

found several "Judy" comments, must be out of the loop because I don't get the "Turner" reference, but that is okay, I don't get a lot of things

Anne: I like the subject of the photo very much. It is dramatic. But for me there is too much bland blue sky and insufficient depth of greenery in the composition.

Have fun, Jane!
It is raining cats & dogs here! Hubby unfortunately left his car window open last night when it did the same thing!

from sunny and WARM So. Oregon ...
Interesting description Keith ... I guess the mountain only peeks out from the clouds a few days a year.
Judy ... are you all tucked away in the little mountain cabin? I haven't been online much so didn't know if I had missed your zinger comments from your "lurking post" ... Or, you had not been around.

Good Morning Debby, are you getting rain too? It was dark and cloudy and rainy for about 20 minutes, now sun is trying to shine, but forcast for the whole weekend is rain and storms, guess it is a good weekend for being lazy

Hi Dave, how are you doing?

Hi Linda - yes, it is dark and gloomy here. We have had some heavy rain in the last 24 hours. Some of the freeways in Detroit are flooded. They are predicting rain and possible severe storms until Monday. We have a graduation Open House to go to this afternoon. We took Jenny to the More...

There has been another quite big quake (more than r6) in the Andaman Islands today, but the Indian quakes that Appy has spoken of are of low magnitude and not easy to find out about.

Good Morning, Shiela! Sorry to hear about your husband's car. Everything is so green around us! It sure beats looking at white for a while!

Sorry 'bout the quick bail out, Linda, the punctuations were getting much louder and much more often. It seemed prudent to disconnect for the duration.

Good day all-- sorry to hear about the rain in Michigan-- I will have to call my parents (they live outside Detroit) and make sure they haven't floated away!! I think the picture is lovely.. Sunny and HUMID here in Naperville. I had a quilting night last night and when I left the shop around midnight it was like walking out into a sauna-- yuck--- thank goodness for air conditioning

0Rayray - I tried to look up earthquakes, but all I can get is time. place, and depth. I guess there is a site that tells more, but I don't know where.
