Sue, when I'm in a hurry to throw something together for dinner, an old standby is: boneless chicken breasts, 1 can (fat free) cream of chicken soup on top of chicken, and grated cheddar cheese on top of soup. I use a 8X8 glass baking dish (sprayed w/ Pam) and bake at 350° for about an hour.
Takes about 5 minutes to put together.

I don't even own a slow cooker so can't comment about the crock pot cooking. I do the baked chicken breasts like Kathy, but mix together a can of cream of chicken and a can of cream of celery, then add the cheese and some onion. Use what I need and freeze the rest until needed.

Or I pan fry pork chops and add some bbq sauce when I turn them over. Add a baked potato, salad and veggie and it's a good meal.

Happy Friday day off!
Sue: Broil chicken thighs (or your pieces of choice) that have melted butter spread on top, then salt and pepper. Turn after about 15 to 20 minutes, brush with more butter on the flip side and apply more salt and pepper to taste and cook until done. I usually have leftover rice or mashed potatoes that I can reheat, and your choice of veg.

Sue, there's the old standby for Thanksgiving leftovers - turkey pot pie. I make the crust but you can buy it ready made at the store. Cube the turkey meat and chop up the carrots. Fry chopped onions, add carrots, then frozen peas, then turkey. Add leftover gravy or make it with chicken broth More...

I am not able to access the Jigsaw site, and get an error message instead. This follows months of the puzzles on the 'medium' level of difficulty not fitting on the page, running on auto-pilot it would seem. Now it has failed entirely. It is no longer owned by Gath.
