Slow at 3:28 but still (hand)grinding the coffee this morning - cute dog(s). Drove up I-75 on the weekend Donna - not too much snow in Ohio. We have about a foot but we're in ski country here.

hello world! Karen from Perth Scotland, can you check out my question to you in yesterday's archives?
 |  |
2:06 starting to get back at it. Liam is happily kicking away on his diaper table singing along to the Nutcracker Suite. Maybe he'll be a ballerina (won't his dad be proud...)
 |  |
3:05... Kinda slow, but a flashing advertisement distracted me!
 |  |
3:46 - thanks for the laughs - just catching up on yesteday - You guys are all nuts roflol.
 |  |
Cute Joey
 |  |
Cutie. 5:05. Hand still hurts, but oh well.

White Boxers are unfortunately a disqualification in the show ring. They are not rare as people believe, about 25% of Boxers born are white, but old-time breeders would put them down, the percentage may be even larger. Newcomers place them as companions in loving homes. They are still Boxers with great attitudes and great with kids, etc.

3:29 got to get rid of the flashing ad!! That is just too distracting...
 |  |
3:49 getting better

I am new to this and am having a great time. Love reading all the comments. Surprized at how few yet today? Too many sleeping in? My time today was 4:01, still learning.

To get rid of the flashing ads click on 'go to no animated ads page'
 |  |

2:44, my best time yet. A joey!
 |  |
2:59 Yeah! Under 3:00 for a change. Snowy and cold here...Dad is in Florida for the winter...I guess I better go see him...
 |  |
1:56 an easy one today, I started with 1 then jump to 9.. :D
 |  |
is ne body reading this
 |  |
5:20 - easy, but still slow of course. Up to medium.
 |  |
1:56, same as Margareth. Hey Peter, we still have snow here, but when I was in Columbus this past weekend they had none when in my town they got 4 inches. I never mind the snow, it is just when the roads become a hazard. The sun is shinig today and it looks so beautiful outside. Guess I will go shopping today.
 |  |
fiona....THANKS!! That is going to make it so much nicer!!! no more headaches! :):):):):)
 |  |
2:45 - Peter from ON - I'm guessing PCB is Port Colborne? Lisa - '...Not that there's anything wrong with that'!
 |  |

3.12 very slow today. just getting into gear for the night shift!! Cute pic.
 |  |
Hey Lisa, Barishnakof is hot! Even for an old man.
 |  |
2:13 today, one of my best times for easy - so on to the medium
 |  |
2:29 finally made it under 3 minutes! hooray!
 |  |
We haven't heard from andre for a few days, although I suspect she was one or more of the mediaeval identities. What about Ted, jh, billy, bluey, mon, max, sweetrascal - a number of ex-veryregulars aren't around too much. Hey fiona, an earwig in your shoe is nothing! Here we have to watch where we keep our shoes or you're likely to find a cane toad sitting in the toe part - not nice!!
 |  |
an earwig is probably the most dangerous thing you're likely to find in your shoe in Scotland! We do have some snakes here in France which are a bit yukky but I've only ever seen one that had to be carted away by a fireman (but it was a BIIIIGGG one!)

ap(I), I glance really quick to see what numbers automatically fit and then go back to look closer at more possibilities.

Not my joke, but very good...

After 20 years of marriage you'd think he'd remember, but Paul was in big trouble when he forgot his wife's birthday. Christy, his wife, told him 'Tomorrow there better be something in the driveway for me that goes zero to 200 in 5 seconds flat!'
 |  |

Paul's funeral is set for Friday!
 |  |
1:44 Margareth, I did the exact same thing: I started at 1 and jumped to 9. Made the whole thing go faster.
 |  |
good one Warren!! May paul rest in peace!
 |  |
Peter from PCB Ontario - funny! But it is a sweet pic of that roo! I did much better timewise than yesterday, then saw Tammi Jo's comment that she was new at this and her time was better than mine - I think I'm just slow. Oh well - doesn't matter because I just enjoy it!
 |  |
Hi fiona - did you see my next question? When you visit family in Scotland, do you revert to thinking etc. in English? As for snakes - not unusual at all here, plus we have some of the world's deadliest in our area. Found a baby snake in garage just 2 days ago. And where's a-one,robin,lisa/colorado,vlc,nal,kel,k,pete,basil,sweetie,brian,rosa,amber,donna,jean,elizabeth etc.

We don't have any midwinter holidays, but it's not hard to deal with Christmas midsummer as it's all I've ever known. Sometimes the heat puts a damper on it, but I guess that's no different to bitterly cold weather.
Speaking of DC yesterday, just loved the huge lit Xmas tree I saw there. Is it still there/
 |  |
I suppose when I'm on my own whether in france or in scotland I think in english, it's automatic. I'll tell you what's difficult, trying to explain a situation you've never experienced in your mother tongue - my example is when I was pregnant I found it really hard to explain all the tests and More...

3.26 Hi all! Susan Ingahm you're right, there are a few people missing. Would really like to hear from andre 'cos she usually says if she's not around.
Good to hear Liam's doing well, Lisa! Hope to see the new pic soon...
 |  |
Sorry, Susan, Ingham - but I guess you knew that!
