Last week it was mentioned, OK several times it has been mentioned, that the site clock was off. Someone else, could have been the same person, said, with this weekends time change, the time would be an hour later.

Ian made his usual, my 8:00 time, good morning greeting and the time on site said 11 o'clock.
So I bet, at my 9 o'clock which is 30 minutes away, there will be a site change.
Well, that is my thinking with just one cup of coffee.
