11.42 Hello everyone, I've just had the weekend in Central Australia following a meeting in Alice on the weekend. Took heaps of photos in the MacDonnell Ranges... only a few good enough to post ... despite such amazing surrounds.

Clivias are a sub tropical plant, originally from South Africa. Grow well in Sydney and make a splendid display in spring under the trees in my back yard.

I grow clivias here in California. I love them so much because they take the deepest shade and still bloom, and the bloom last a good long time. I've given them as gifts several times.
