This photo was taken last May when we drove up there for a wedding. It was my first visit to Sheridan and I was surprised at the beauty of the valley. |  |

Even nicer - no smoke! And looks nice and cool. |  |

Wow that is so green! But my eyes are greener. We want some of that wet stuff! Umm... what's it called again? |  |
What an unusual formation of hills. Is it typical of the area? |  |
I think the locals would love to see our hills looking like that right now.enjoy your day/night everyone |  |
Hi Rosemary, Being only half an hour down the road from you I would definately agree. Be nice to see green grass anywhere - bring on some rain! |  |
Were those hills carved by glaciers during the Ice Age? |  |
Sorry rosemary & Rhiannon it seems that we must have recieved most of the rain last night, it must have got side tracked on the way. Sydney is getting a down pour tonight with a bad storm to boot, had a fax from my sister at Engadine. |  |
I would like those blue skies instead of the cold we have here |  |
