Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman in "Long Way Down" showed a viewing platform type arrangement in Rwanda from where they took footage of the mountain gorillas this close up. No doubt its an eco tour that is available.

That's the Gorilla group that Dian Fossey gave her life trying to protect. She was adamantly against eco-tours because visitors were giving human viruses to the Gorillas.
