Are these edible, I wonder? I'm told morel mushrooms are exquisitely delicious, but I've never eaten them. I love mushrooms in general, but have never foraged in the wild for them.

I wouldn't eat those, but only because I'm no great fan of mushrooms. On second thought - our Japanese neighbor occasionally invites us over and serves (among other things) some tasty shiitakes (spelling?)

Good mAen all - I love mushrooms - cooked up a bunch for our pizza and calzone parties. Had 17 over for pizza on Friday and 14 over for Calzones on Saturday - and that was not counting the kids running around. A good time was had by all. Sunny and windy today - please send us some rain.

Don't know for sure, but I wouldn't be eating them unless they came from a supermarket! Looks more like oxalis to me Ruby! Cathy, are you yelling at us??

This is a picture from the south somewhere. I recognize the Augustine grass and oxalis. The oxalis in our bluegrass has smaller leaves.
