Queen Anne shouldn't you have a closed carriage until you have the queen's wave down accurately--I'm told it's very difficult to perfect.

I believe yours is the VW convertable - work on the wave.

The way you are beheading people and making your Ladies in Waiting actually work, you may want to consider a plexiglass enclosure.

i took this piccy across the street from the king's palace in the carriage museum. it was not the most fabulous, but it was very nice. i wondered what decided which carriage was used -was the decision by destination, occasion, or day of the week or just how he/she felt that day....
