HalT - it's actually Point Samson, my mistake. The beach is called Boat Beach if I remember rightly.

A wonderful sunset to warm me up. Something better - it's been so cold and drizzly here lately.

Like a scene out of Easy Rider. It's a thing we Sydney Siders envy about WA, the sunsets over beaches.

Hello Big Red - I'm at work so don't know the exact model but it's a Panasonic. I will check tonight when I get home and let you know. It's got a good zoom on it.
I was just showing a friend at work the photo when I saw your query.
