maen all! looks like a typical truck from central america...they like to party every day!

For a parade celebrating the Year of the Rat, they sure don't put any rats in it. Everything but rats. They could at least put Mickey Mouse or Topo Gigo in it. I bet during the year of the horse, they have plenty of horses in the parade.
