Reminds me of the trip I took 'out West' with a goal of seeing a moose. Hiked all day in the Tetons and FINALLY saw one a bit further away than this one. Was thrilled! THEN... Hiked back down to our car to find a mom and baby moose standing NEXT TO OUR CAR!

Quaking Aspen. This is about 8000' feet high. The trees helped provide cover as we crept forward to take the photo. The cow and calf were headed up the mountain to his right, and he decided staying close to them was more important than checking us out.

Yes Gen, they are the same, but to show which categories you wish to read. Some time ago there were some complaints from people who didn't want to see jokes, recipes, or general chat, so Gath made these categories so people only had to read what interested them.
