This photo plays tricks! At first, I thought it was a field, with dry rows and trees on the end, and then on second glance it appears to be a wall that steps down!

Not so easy as other days - took some time to solve.

The matinee showings of Episode 2-15 have been cancelled for today. One early evening showing is planned.

Anne - I came upon the same custom in Venezuela when our host would always pour a little from a new bottle of beer or whisky onto the ground. It broke my heart to see that each time he did it. Perhaps if we all honored 'Mother Earth' a little more, she'd be in better shape than she is now.

Beaches are opening and closing on a few hours' notice because of an invasion of Portugese Men-o-War, brought in by a Gulf Stream eddy. Should make for interesting traffic patterns and parking lots this weekend.

Good Morning all, a very cold one at that.
Des - I certainly remember pisco sours. I sometimes seemed to end up with an extra one or two if anyone in the group didn't like theirs (complimentary ones from our hotels). Our guide ordered me an extra large and strong one after our 4 day Inca Trail and WHEW!!! it was enjoyable. Not that I'm a big drinker, I just enjoyed them.
