Anybody remember the Footrot Flats Comic strip? I can just imagine Wal & Dog in there. The rider can't be a Kiwi...no gumboots, Wal always wore his Wellies!

A long day in the saddle, no doubt! I don't know about your NZ sheep, but we raised sheep for a while and in smarts in the animal kingdom, sheep are barely above chickens. Sheep are just faster and their wool regrows each year. Did love the little lambs on their springy legs, though.
