I am reaping the benefits of a recent purchase. A heated mat for under my table (where the computer sits). No more cold feet. I was only getting cold from mid-calf down. All better, now.

I think I'll have another cup, to celebrate.

everyone. Just back from my morning tennis match. It was kind of chilly (around 50F.) & gloomy out there today, but once we start chasing down balls we warm up pretty quickly. We have a fun foursome on Fridays.

Saw only a quick post from Plum today. Are you feeling any better now, Plum? Hope so.

Well, Phantom will be gone for awhile. I'll miss the witty comments, but not the digs at my jokes. Enjoy your time off Phantom, and stay safe and smiling!

Let us hope that CG is right and that the Egyptians have been emancipated. They have certainly earned the first step in that direction. However just nowt the Military there seem to be settling for a compromise by urging to allow Mubarak to stay on until September. That is bad news. The situation More...

I do not believe that Suleiman as leader is the right person to satisfy the people of Egypt.

The 'wikileaks' case has (fortuitously) been sent off the front page (or any page come to that).
The most balanced treatment (one of very few) I have found about that issue is found at:

I have posted some Galapagos photos on my page if you are interested.
For those who have said they would like to go there, be aware that it is a somewhat strenuous trip, the Galapagos part, anyway. Well worth it, in my opinion.

Questions to Ponder:

1. Does a clean house indicate that there is a broken computer in it?

2. Why is it that no matter what color of bubble bath you use the bubbles are always white?

3. Is there ever a day that mattresses are not on sale?

4. Why do people More...
