HalT - we may be stopping in SC in late October for a few days at one of the state parks in the RV! We are looking at the parks along the beach area, since we will already have spent a week in Tennessee and a week in Asheville. Any suggestions? 12/Sep/13 12:05 AM |  |

This lovely picture would have made such a great jigsaw puzzle...if it were possible to do it! Do you think if someone complains often enough whoever is responsible will fix this problem? I did send a message to Gath about it but I'm not sure that this is his problem. 12/Sep/13 12:52 AM |  |

everyone! I agree, Bev, it would have made a great ''hard'' jigsaw. Someone had a possible explanation for the ''too big for the frame'' jigsaws awhile back, but I don't remember who. Anyone know? 12/Sep/13 1:18 AM |  |

A couple of people west of me were talking about the heat yesterday. Apparently it migrated east. It's supposed to be 91 today. This looks like a one day fluke though. 79 tomorrow and 58 on Friday. 12/Sep/13 1:22 AM |  |

And thank you, too, Sue! We are having a ''last blast'' of summer. It was 90 degrees at 9:30 this morning. Yikes! 12/Sep/13 1:25 AM |  |
Off to try and figure out Serena's puzzle! 12/Sep/13 1:26 AM |  |
Took baby girl to the doctor between my initial appearance and now. She is the most diaper rash prone child I have ever met. They gave her a prescription a couple weeks ago and it didn't completely clear up so now they gave her more of the same stuff. For some reason, I'm not sure that's the answer. 12/Sep/13 1:28 AM |  |
My daughter had the same problem many years ago, Serena. At that time, they didn't prescribe a med. The advice was , wash with warm water after every diaper change (no baby wipes), use vaseline instead of ''baby'' ointments or creams, and, the one I just loved.....let her go without a diaper throughout the day. Hubby referred to it as ''Baby mop up time''. 12/Sep/13 1:47 AM |  |
Over 90 here, too, yesterday, but supposed to be cooler today. 12/Sep/13 1:54 AM |  |
Good morning (almost afternoon) to all! Nice close up of the flower. One of Kate's maybe? 12/Sep/13 1:56 AM |  |
Kathy, I see you got your answer. Kate posted this explanation on many folks personal pages, so you may have it on yours as well. 12/Sep/13 1:58 AM |  |
Oh, I forgot one other recommendation I was given for the diaper rash. I was to use larger diapers when I used them at all. So, there was no barrier at all or, when crawling, she left the large diaper behind along with any other deposits. There were many. 12/Sep/13 2:01 AM |  |
Ah! I do have it! That's where I saw it, Greg. I remembered reading it. Thanks. And, thanks, Kate! 12/Sep/13 2:03 AM |  |

 everyone!!! 12/Sep/13 2:51 AM |  |
Glenn - SC has three (I think) state parks along the beach, but the one that I would recommend is the Huntington Beach SP. Mainly because it's located right next to Brookgreen Gardens, a must see in that part of SC. For details, see:http://www.huntingtonbeachstatepark.net/http://www.brookgreen.org/about-brookgreen.htmlhtt p://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brookgreen_Gardens 12/Sep/13 3:08 AM |  |

I am hot and sweaty, have been inside a climate controlled storage unit for 3 hours. It still gets very hot even at 78 degrees when you are working. I had a lot of boxes to move, found the boxes I needed to bring home. 12/Sep/13 6:16 AM |  |
