Correct answers to the poozle a couple of days ago were correctly answered by Lone/,Jack,Pam ct,and Kathy swwa. Jessica is 40Andreas is 30 Here's how:Since Andreas's mom was 17 when she had Andreas, Andreas must be 17 years younger, so she is 30. Since Jessica was 10 when Andreas was born, Jessica must still be 10 years older, making her 40. 13/Oct/11 12:00 AM |  |

Here you go HalT now you are settled after the big drive. Answers to "HalT's back." 10+10 doesn't equal 20. If you add 50, you'll get 11. How is that? 13/Oct/11 12:03 AM |  |

rains coming, but right now - it's still a wonderful fall day to enjoy - off on the bike - it nice when the rains come in the evening and the sun invites me during the day - Thanks 13/Oct/11 12:18 AM |  |
Vici, our color has begun. We have maples and aspen trees on our property. The maples just began to turn this week and we are looking forward to their brilliant display of oranges and reds. The aspen will probably start in another week or so. The display has really started in the Hope Valley (up 88). 13/Oct/11 12:19 AM |  |

For those of us who love corn on the cob, this is an absolute must see! No mess to preparing it, no silks to try to brush out of the corn, it comes out clean. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnBF6bv4Oe4 A useful technique viewers might enjoy learning, that is, if you like corn on the cob. 13/Oct/11 12:26 AM |  |
1:54 Good evening and Good night one and all! 13/Oct/11 12:37 AM |  |

Good morning people of the world. 13/Oct/11 12:48 AM |  |
Colo Jim, that was good. We are major corn on the cob eaters here, so might give that a try. Though I don't microwave. Kayo, been wondering about you. Welcome back. 13/Oct/11 12:50 AM |  |
3 celebration day and I think I have an avator for each one. So I started out with the annoying one, so I can change it soon. 13/Oct/11 12:51 AM |  |
 But first, I must... 13/Oct/11 12:51 AM |  |
OK, that take care of, on with our celebrations. International Moment of Frustration Day. (Boy have I been celebrating this one already). 13/Oct/11 12:52 AM |  |
Wow, Jim. That is a great tip. Another good way to husk the corn (but not quite as slick as what is shown in the youtube piece) is to soak it for about 10 minutes then throw it on the BBQ for a few minutes. The husk comes off pretty easily and the corn is partially cooked. I can then throw it back on the grill with whatever coating I'm using to give it a slight char without overcooking it. 13/Oct/11 12:53 AM |  |

June.... I think Karen thrives on annoying avatars. She's outdone herself today. 13/Oct/11 2:11 AM |  |
Karen, Your "Free Thought for today". Your avatars are frustrating and annoying. Why don't you - Your quote - "really should just go back to bed and pull the covers over my head and not come out." Ever again. Maybe, you will be excused if you moderate your avatars to something more useful and/or informative. TTFN. 13/Oct/11 2:31 AM |  |
