Good Maen, good people. Ha. I was posting on Medium yesterday thinking it was Easy. Maybe I was just a bit nervous about having a child hammer needles into my spine? (Actually the doctor was 35 - I asked him - but he looked as if he was barely out of high school. He told me he gets that question a lot.)

Hi Plum,

Yes, my keyboard was a good one. It was a Cherry Professional (and I do not have a cat). You cannot buy that model nowadays, as the modern ones have buttons for bits of Windows - no Windows in those days (except the ones made from glass). As you can expect, I have replaced it with More...

Thanks, Neil. I will certainly have to investigate Cherry keyboards.
(I suppose if I used a Cherry keyboard with an Apple computer that could make my work day more fruitful?)

I missed your surgery report, Plum. Glad to hear all went well! I know what you mean about young looking medical professionals. I went to one of those ''quick clinics'' yesterday for a clogged up ear. I did see a doc, but the More...

Plum, I had to replace my keyboard and mouse. Since I have an iMac, I got the bluetooth rechargeable ones. Wow! Since then I don't have to get batteries or get tangled up with the wires! Just plug on of the two every night with the computer and the next day with the other. No problemo!

All you people obviously haven't done the puzzle and seen the picture or you would have mentioned it. Cracked me up.

My guess is at least a few of us saw, couldn't come up with anything appropriate for a ''family site,'' and passed.

Over two years ago, when I did it, I thought it was going to be a big deal. Turns out it was just another day. Hi CynB. Nice to see you.

I think every home gardener that has ever grown carrots has gotten at least 1 per season that looks like the pic. I know I did! But always fun for the laugh!

1:10. Good afternoon everyone. You're right Dottie, I've had a number of carrots over the years that look similar to the pic, and I always get a bit of a laugh from them.

The travel section of the Washington Post has an article about the Three Capes Track in Tasmania. Among other odd and interesting things, there are just two capes on the track since the third one is too far away to be included. Could no one come up with an alternate name?
14/Jan/18 4:02 PM
 |  |

Sarah, the track is not fully complete yet. It is planned to take in Cape Raoul. Currently it covers Cape Huay and Cape Pillar which is a four day walk. When the Cape Raoul section is completed it will become a six day walk.....hence the name Three Capes (Cape Raoul, Cape Pillar and Cape Huay).

I must be getting old. When I saw the picture I thought of the way we 'walk' our fingers when doing Incey Wincey Spider for our grandchildren. I will go to the Doctor and find some 'get with it' pills
